This year's first forward-sale agreement on the office market has finally been made (on the residential market, Danubio Park was first with its 59 million euro value), with the Krisztina Palace, being built in Nagyenyed utca near the Déli railway station, sold for 60 million euros.
The joint project of Belgium's Codic and German group Immofinanz was acquired by the Hamburg-based real estate fund Unilmmo Global, making this its first investment in the Central and Eastern Europe region. The office building will add 18 thousand square metres of category A space to Budapest's office market as of June 2009.
