The crisis is not over yet, and although the global and regional markets are definitely showing signs of life, the waves of recovery seem to be stopping at the country's borders. The Hungarian residential market is showing some movement; meeting the demands of buyers is becoming more and more urgent, but purchases are still not happening. Everybody abroad and in Hungary is waiting for a clear message. One that presents a committed and specific path, promises a stable economic environment that is calculable on the long term, along whose major points investments can be planned and which perhaps even undertakes an unsubsidized home-creation program in order to present a clear picture. Without a clear message, the state of apparent death will continue, from which fewer and fewer will be able to recover.
