The profits of DTZ holding fell from 40 million to 5 million pounds, despite a 15 percent rise in revenues, in the financial year from May 2007 to April 2008, which was heavily influenced by the credit crisis. DTZ's global results reflect the market difficulties of the recent period, but can be considered positive both when looking at the details and in comparison with competitors. The Hungarian office closed its best year ever in this period, both in terms of revenues and profitability, while its capacities increased dramatically, said Krisztián Hornok, the managing director of the Budapest office, commenting on the results.
