The development of the IBUSZ group's mixed-use, office, residential, and commercial project will start in early 2009 near the joint feed-in section of the M1-M7 motorways, on Budaörsi Road. Following an investment of 8 billion forints, a 30,000 square metre complex of three buildings, bordered by a glass wall, is expected to be completed by the second half of 2010, next to the Rubin Wellness & Conference Hotel owned by the group, on a currently vacant lot. One of the unique things about the project is that it lies in the part of the 11th district's green belt, considered Budapest's western gate, which has a panoramic view of the Buda Hills. The IBUSZ group plans to develop properties in the value of 22 billion forints over the next few years.
