Hochtief Development Hungary's first office development, a property with 38.5 thousand square metres of gross area, as well as a 650-space three-level underground parking lot, was bought off the drawing board by Austrian investment group CA-IMMO International. The 71 million euro office complex is planned to be opened to tenants in mid-2009. Capital Square, built based on the designs of György Guczogi and Mónika Halvaksz of Finta és Társai Építész Stúdió, will be Hochtief's reference project on the Budapest office market.
