Retail sales rise 5.1% year-on-year in August
Retail sales in Hungary continued to grow at a steady rate in August, rising 5.1% when compared to the same month last year, according to adjusted data released by the Central Statistical Office (KSH).

Construction output rises 13.9% y-o-y in August
Construction output in Hungary was up 13.9% year on year in August 2005 according to unadjusted and 11.3% according to working day adjusted figures released by the Central Statistical Office (KSH). This brings growth in the first eight months of the year to 14.4%.
IBM to continue expansion of financial service center in Hungary
