Another mega-office on Váci Road, the Cornerstone project planned next to the Forgách Street metro station, has received its construction permit. The planned 24 thousand square metre building complex will be developed in three phases by the developer SBI Hungary (Solel Boneh International). The completion of the first phase is planned for the end of 2009, and rents will be between 13.9-14.5 euros per square metre per month, according to contracted letting agent CBRE. In addition to its location, Cornerstone is designed to stand out from its peers on the Váci corridor with its huge glass surface, which will resemble an open book.
