Three bidders submit offers for national airline Malev
Privatization agency APV announced that by the July 5 deadline, three bids were handed in for the acquisition of a 99.95% stake in Hungarian national airline Malev. APV did not reveal the identity of the bidders.

Hotel occupancy 56% in H1 2005 - room revenues, guest nights continue to rise
The average occupancy rate in Hungary's hotels was 55.7% in January-June 2005 and 66.8% in June alone, up from 66.3% in May, according to figures released by the Central Statistical Office (KSH).
